Art and Soul Space Teachers
M.Ed., Registered Yoga Teacher, and Certified Health Coach
Linda Storm

Linda became interested in yoga about 10 years ago, while working in Corporate America. She had always exercised to help relieve the stress and tension from her job, but as time went on her normal routine was not working. She constantly suffered from neck, shoulder, and lower back pain and often felt fatigued and depressed. Though massage therapy worked temporarily for her ailments it did not help her chronic conditions. After taking her first yoga class Linda noticed an immediate difference in how she felt both mentally and physically. As her practice continued her symptoms of stress slowly begin to fade. It was her yoga practice that motivated Linda to return to school where she received her M.Ed. in Health Promotion with a concentration in Exercise Science. When her current job situation changed, she decided to pursue her dream of becoming a yoga teacher and completed her 200 hour teacher training at Finding Inner Peace in 2007.
Linda has also studied with internationally known instructors Seane Corn and Richard Freeman. Her yoga education is on-going through the Kripalu Center in Lenox, MA. She looks forward to helping you bring balance into your life through yoga and meditation.
