A 6-wk series with Darlene: Thursdays, 5:30-6:45 p.m.

Has your little "Budda" expanded this winter?! Would you like to reduce it AND make it stronger? Would you like to have better digestion? We will work week to week with yoga postures that strengthen, lengthen, + facilitate good digestion.  We will also use material from "The Belly Fat Cure" book to give your diet a boost.  All these will lead you to your beautiful belly!  Please pre-register; this is a 6 week series commitment. Handouts will be given each week; bring a notebook + expect transformation.

with Lauri Klein, C.S.W., MBSR Instructor (mind-based stress reduction) Please join us for an evening of Mindful Meditation to unhook from your week and be fresh for your weekend.  Mindful practices bring us back to our experience in the moment, stress and fear either launch us into the future or keep us looping in the past.  This meditation class will teach you ways to resource your inner strength and wisdom, and allow you to enter into an innate healing state.  We learn to place ourselves in this moment and be patient and accepting of the aspects of ourselves that cannot quite get here yet.

contacting your loved ones and Angelswith Rev. Elaine Read-Cole, Reiki Master, Shaman, Angel Wings of Light Teacher, Ordained Minister.

Join Elaine and the Angelic / Spirit realm for a conversation with those who have crossed over.  The Angels and our loved ones in heaven are there to help and guide us.  When we feel alone, Spirit is there crossing the veil and bridging the gap, to heal our fears and dry our tears.

In this group session we'll listen to who came to be heard from the other side. It's not always who you'd expect! That being said, it's a good idea to know you're family tree, whether you knew them in this life or not. The more prepared you are, the quicker they can bring their messages through. Also, the Angels are always ready to loan you their loving advice, so bring a journal to write your messages down. Have a conversation with your Angels and loved ones before you come, and see if their reply comes through. Attendance does not guarantee a reading, however, all readings in this group session we'll listen to who came to be heard from the other side.
