BELLY TRANSFORMATION:

light your digestive fire A 5-wk series with Darlene. Dates tba: late winter 2012

A four week series of nutrition with yoga, yoga breathing, and Pilates instruction.

Has your little "Budda" expanded?! Would you like to reduce it AND make it stronger? Would you like to have better digestion? We will work week to week with material from "The Belly Fat Cure" book to give your diet a boost, and Darlene shows you how easy it is when you break it all down. We'll learn yoga postures that strengthen, lengthen, + facilitate good digestion.  Using breath techniques, known as AGNI, we will light your digestive fire.   All these together give you a beautiful belly! :-)   Please pre-register; this is a 4 week series commitment.
